80,000 feet above sea level is no place to find out that your watch won’t function at 80,000 feet above sea level. That’s why every Bremont watch is ruthlessly engineered to be fit for purpose. However extreme that purpose might be. Bremont watches have been ejected at 500mph from aircraft and Tested Beyond Endurance by explorers, adventurers, extreme divers and the military. Now, it’s your turn.
EVERY WATCH IS 99.998% ACCURATE. (WE HAVE A CERTIFICATE TO PROVE IT).
Watches are the most precise mechanical devices on the planet. We aim to keep it that way. Every core range watch is chronometer rated, after passing an arduous 15 day process. The average daily variation rate must be between -4 and +6 seconds. With 86,400 seconds in a day, every Bremont is 99.998% accurate. (We’re working on the other 0.002%.)
WATCHMAKING IS IN FACT, A VERY BRITISH TRADE.
Great Britain has probably been the home to more advances in horology than any other nation and Bremont is excited to be at the heart of a British revival in watchmaking. Alongside Bremont’s Henley based watch assembly facility, Bremont’s Parts Manufacturing facility just outside Henley contains state-of-the-art CNC mill-turning, metal cutting and finishing machinery, some of which are the first of their kind in this country.

Take the MB, it is encased in solid steel 7 times harder than an average watch case. (We bombard the steel with electrons to toughen it up.) Inside this, a flexible ring absorbs shocks and a Faraday cage protects the movement. Do we stop there? Of course not. We use Super-Luminova® paint on the dial, then add 9 layers of anti-reflective coating to the sapphire crystal for maximum clarity. Some might call that excessive. We don’t think so.
